This home certainly had a stunning floor plan, beautiful furnishings, and a vivid color scheme.

Biggest Garage Ever

The garage in this home could fit a Ford Expedition, a Jeep, 2 golf carts, and a gigantic motor home all at the same time. Having the jeep out of it for the photographs though did give the images a bit of breathing room to help show the space.

Time to Start Catching Up

The fact that I haven’t posted any images from assignments here lately might lead one to believe that I haven’t been that busy. The reality is just the opposite. I have been so busy that I have been spending all my time shooting and then editing to meet tight deadlines. I just haven’t carved out any time to update things here. I actually photographed more luxury properties in the last three weeks than in the last three months of last year. Not to mention all the other non-real estate related photography work I’ve been doing along with my photography teaching schedule. Here are some twilight pics from just one of the properties I shot earlier this month. I should be able to post more of my backlog soon.

First Big House Shoot of the New Year

Looks like the holiday slowdown is over and the jobs are coming back in again. I photographed this home last week and have some more on the books coming up now including another magazine cover candidate. Click the pics to see them big.

Magazine Cover Trifecta

The new issue of Luxury Home Magazine is out now and for the third issue in a row I have the cover shot. I have to say that I have been pleased with the exposure and the new clients that have come my way as a result of the exposure.

In other news: I am also now hosting moving picture virtual tours on my own web server and have an application pending to become a Picture Path™ Partner with Realtor.com.
