Ideal Coverage – It’s a fact that due to the direction of sunlight with respect to windows and interior views and with respect to exterior views and amenities that certain shots are best taken in the morning, some at midday, and some in the afternoon. Choose this option and I will spend the day on location photographing each view at the optimum time for lighting and clarity. 48-hour service: $400, 24-hour rush service: +$125
Grand View Ultra-Wide Angle Coverage – If your listing has an open floor plan, large rooms, high ceilings, panoramic views, etc. then this coverage is ideal. Special ultra-wide angle lenses and processing techniques are used to get the “big picture” in a single shot. This service makes large, impressive interiors look large and impressive. It’s ideal for showing room-to-room flow, showing custom ceilings and lighting fixtures in relation to the rest of a room, staircases, kitchen cabinetry and fixtures, etc. It’s also great for for preventing smaller homes from looking tiny in photographs and it’s perfect for showing off small spaces like wine cellars, humidors, saunas, walk-in closets, and bathrooms. 48-hour service: $325,(Due to additional post-processing requirements 24-hour service is not available) sample images
Grand View, By The Room Coverage – Only need a few rooms to be photographed with this technique? No problem. Add a few rooms or views with this coverage to any regular coverage for $15 per shot.
Panorama View – Does your listing have features that simply won’t fit within the confines of the standard-size image, for example: very open floor plans, expansive views, grand or spiral staircases etc? Show these things at their best with a panoramic photo. Ideal for use a feature image in a magazine spread or brochure. Twilight/Night Coverage – Add a set of images to your coverage that shows your listing fully illuminated under a deep blue twilight sky. Show off your listing’s sunset view, feature the night illumination of swimming pools, landscaping etc. 7-12 exterior images for an additional $75 when photographed at the same time as any other coverage listed above. sample images
Moving Picture Slideshow/Virtual Tour – All images from your shoot hosted on-line for up to 12 months with Ken Burns effect cinematic motion and fades plus instrumental background music. Non-branded tour $75, duplicate hosting of branded tour +$25, Realtor.com listing fee for any tour +$25, Add your own voice-over narration to any tour +$35 sample non-branded tour featuring the Grand View Coverage package
Lighted Interior Coverage – When you have rooms with good window views and wish to maximize the impact of the window views or if contrast and color accuracy are desired even when no windows are shown then this is the service you want to add to your shoot. I will shoot with multiple studio lights and a lighting assistant. Due to the increased setup time required for each shot this coverage adds 4-5 additional lighted views to any shoot for additional $150. Due to the additional time required for post-processing and retouching there is a 72 hour minimum turnaround time on this service (sorry, no rush service).
